ISSUE 11 - "All nations should help support the development of a global university designed to engage students in the process of solving the world's most persistent social problems."

At the era of education being taking important part in the development of world, there appear to be a voice that nations all over the world should set up a global university aiming to solve the social problems in the any corner of the world. However, there may also have some crisis express their opinions that even if the university be hold under the organization of united nations, the purpose of solving global social problems seem hardly to work. Although the university will be likely to be set up, in my opinion, but the purpose which only focus on social problems is not reasonable.
Advanced, as all we know, the problem being likely to occur in single realm, realistically, is relevant to many associate subjects. To solve a social problem, the essence of the reason may be based in the technology realm. If only focus on the social realities, it may be hard for the university to tell the students in which the challenges may exists. The cultivate problem, for instance, comes to be the trouble of world for decades. Farmer once in
secondly, setting up the university, to study on the social matters, may not be the effective way to access that goal. That is to say, the union of government, communication of several universities may also work, even doing better. Considering that the culture of each countries all obviously different, and the laws all over the world are so complex to study in, the governor of each country may aims at different goals. There appear not to be easily investigate the social problems, even not to mention the solving method.
n sum, the thought of setting university to handle the global social matters are of good attention, however, the method may not work for reasons above.
ISSUE 40 - "Scholars and researchers should not be concerned with whether their work makes a contribution to the larger society. It is more important that they pursue their individual interests, however unusual or idiosyncratic those interests may seem."

As the importance of researchers is more obviously in our society, there is a voice calling for scholars and researchers to focus on the subject which they are interested in. The thought, existing for decades, that realm of the research must take the consideration of social require or human demand. Although the voice is likely to consider the demand of researchers themselves, in my opinion, the require of society can not be neglect, for the reason that the only the useful development could accelerate the growing speed of society. The contribution that solve the problem in the realm of a subject can give the reputation to the scholars.
Advanced, in the era of the speed of social development nowadays never appeared in the history, the world need the researchers most than in ever period: the subjects of these scholars study on may mean the top stages of technologies, which is relevant to all impact of our live all over the global. If the scholars only focus on the things related to their interests, without any opportunities of impetus for country, it only mean that they are playing games which cost much money which may be taken from citizens. That is not the phenomena we would see. This example totally explained that without considering the demand of citizens, the process may mean harmful to society and citizens.
Secondly, the reputation, which the success of the research may get, influent people around the scholars. If the results of their studies being accepted by the specialists of the subject all over the word, and it is improved to be effective in some condition to handle the problems in reality life, people will recognize them and respect them. For these scholars, the respect may be more important than pursuing their individual interests. The Prizc, the top honor in the architecture subject, give its owners the reputation all over the world, even the students entering architecture college not long before. Then the masterpieces which they ever made will be the famous building in history.
In sum, we could consider that without the consideration of human development, our society may be filled of entertainments.
